FC Barcelona is going to combat in their last league against the Athletic Bilbao at their home field on Saturday.It's just a few days before confronting the forever bitter  rivals Real Madrid .

 While Athletic Bilbao were  winner at  4-3 over Racing Santander on Monday ,Barcelona drew 2-2 with Arsenal in midweek in the UEFA Champions League,

Pep Guardiola hopes Barcelona can  enhance  their desired performance at Arsenal when they face Athletic Bilbao in La Liga.Barca were immense for the first hour at the Emirates Stadium and led 2-0 with half an hour remaining, but Arsenal fought back to draw 2-2.

Already this season, los Leones have proved their mettle against Spain’s biggest guns. Real Madrid were defeated in Bilbao back in January, while Barca also failed to pick up maximum points at San Mames, exiting with a hard fought 1-1 draw.

Athletic consolidated sixth place in the table following an epic 4-3 win at home to Racing Santander on Monday night.

"Those who say we have little to lose are mistaken; we are playing for exactly the same thing as Barcelona - the three points," he said.

"We will have to take our chances and hope that Barcelona are below their best."

Fran Yeste returns for Athletic, but Pablo Orbaiz, Aitor Ocio, Ion Velez and Iban Zubiaurre all miss out.
